The Snr Procurement Manager - Professional Services Categories will have the responsibility of leading and managing the procurement strategy for the nonIT procurement categories for a large client in the financial services sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the marketing industry and procurement processes.

Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for professional services and marketing spend.
  • Identify, evaluate and manage key suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt procurement strategies as necessary.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives within the marketing department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement team.

Profile

A successful Snr Procurement Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, or a related field.
  • MCIPS
  • Proven experience in a senior procurement role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing industry and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
