As a Deputy Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Tapestry to ensure children meet their developmental goals
• Assisting the manager with the running of the nursery
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Supporting the team to deliver excellence, including supervision
• Room based role with some office-based duties

We’re looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager with the following skills and experience:

• At least Level 2 Early Years or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS & valid DBS
• Positive, confident, motivated and a true team player
• Empathetic, kind and compassionate attitude
• The ability to lead and inspire practitioners
