Telecare Services Coordinator

BDS are recruiting for a Telecare and Services Coordinator to work within a dynamic Housing Association based around the Stockport area!
We are looking for someone flexible to join a fantastic team where no 2 days will be the same.
Your duties will range from working with systems integration, working out and about in the community, dealing with exciting queries and providing excellent customer service.
Your main duties will include but are not limited too;
- Registering new clients with the service
- Responding to customer queries and emergency calls, ensuring appropriate services and equipment are utilized.
- Recording data of all call types
- Installing plug in equipment within clients homes
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service growth and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent IT skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to work in different scenarios
- Be confident and able to communicate with older and vulnerable adults
- Come from a telecare/ care admin/ coordinator background
Full training for all aspects of the role will be provided!
You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle!
Full time 37.5hours per week
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP- there will be an opportunity to interview on a perm basis.
Pay Rate; In circa of £13.47ph PAYE- £16.92ph UMB
