Salary – £28 000 - £32 000 (Dependent on experience)

Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday – 2pm to 10pm

Roles

• Conducting thorough reviews and updates of all food safety documentation to ensure compliance.
• Actively participating in periodic technical and HACCP review meetings to enhance quality standards.
• Performing quality checks to maintain the highest level of product integrity.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control audit plans to streamline processes.
• Training employees on quality standards and procedures to foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensuring all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and delivering insightful quality audit reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualification and skills  

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the food manufacturing sector
• Demonstrate expertise in HACCP systems and their effective implementation.
• Experience in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with quality systems documentation to support regulatory and operational standards.
• Proven track record of working within a food manufacturing environment, maintaining high industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Possess a keen attention to detail.
