Due to an influx in projects, Conrad Consulting are working alongside a growing Architectural Practice that require a mid-level Architect to join their successful team!

Based in Leamington Spa, this practice is made up of 5 Directors that work alongside a fantastic team of Architects, Technicians, Interior Designers and Administrative Staff. Projects range in value from £20,000 - £20 million, and are within the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure and Residential Sectors, to name a few.

Due to an influx in Education and Commercial Sector projects, this practice has a number of current vacancies, including this exciting Architect opening. Requirements of the Architect include:

• RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
• Between 2-5 years post qualification experience
• Experience working on Education & Commercial sector projects is beneficial
• Proficiency in Vectorworks is advantageous however not essential
• Ability to work well in a team to meet deadlines & budgets
• Excellent client facing skills

Based in the city centre, there are numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The train station is also just a ten-minute walk away, there are a number of bus stops nearby, plus parking spaces outside the office.

Salary offered is between £36,000 - £42,000 depending on experience, plus generous benefits.
