Project Manager – Decarbonisation
West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire
1 day a week on Kent based site visits
Circa £350 a day – rate negotiable
FTC 6-months with view to extend
Information on the role
- Managing Projects from set-up to handover and evaluation
- Help/deliver project estimates & valuations
- Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
- Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
- Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
- Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
- Proven Project Management or Contract Management experience
- Ideally experience in Renewables, Decarbonisation, Energy Saving, Net Zero, Heat Pump projects
- Ideally experience in public, educational, school, college, healthcare & client-side / consultancy sectors
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS
