Salary/Rate:

Our Client is one of the leading independent MEP Design and Build Contractors in the Yorkshire region.

With a strong reputation particularly across the retail, commercial and shop fitting sectors, the business delivers a whole range of mechanical and electrical services including preconstruction, installation and commercial project management, ensuring schemes are delivered to time and cost nationwide.

In relation to M&E Design, the business has inhouse design capabilities but also uses a small framework of consultants to help with any specialist design work, lighting schemes or BIM modelling, however they do try to deliver as much inhouse as possible. With this mind the business is looking to attract an Electrical Building Services Design Engineer with a wealth of experience across a range of buildings, capable of providing full electrical design (lighting and cable calcs amongst others) whilst offering a friendly client facing service and general can-do attitude.

It is essential that they appointed Engineer will be able to work under minimal supervision, reporting directly to the M&E Design Manager and comfortable taking full responsibility for electrical design schemes. The role could be made to fit an Electrical Building Services Design Engineer looking for full time or part time hours, with the company flexible in their approach to find the best Engineer available.

Finally, the offices are located conveniently close to the M1 giving easy motorway access for those commuting north, east, south or west.
