Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Handling complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Processing orders and providing product/service information
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure targets are met

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems
