About the Role:

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for permanent roles within the Utilities sector across the UK. This is a crucial role where you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their job search.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our clients.
• Working alongside principal consultants to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments within the Utilities sector.
