They are actively seeking a skilled Property Co-ordinator with distinct expertise in lettings, specifically in handling inventories, end of tenancies, check-outs, deposit disputes, customer service, and dispute resolution. • Location: Worthing
• Salary: £35,000 OTE
• Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9am-6pm. Early finish on Fridays and no weekend work.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing client and customer relations, possess thorough knowledge of compliance, and demonstrate a proven track record in handling reports, disputes, and enquiries. This role is designed for individuals with exceptional organisational and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. A minimum of two years’ experience is required, and qualifications such as ARLA would be advantageous.
