Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions with Microsoft technologies? We're working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner that's looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join their expert team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) tailored to client requirements.
- Design and develop solutions on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Conduct workshops and provide end-user training.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customisation.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Expertise in customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Ability to gather and document requirements, conduct workshops, and provide client support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
