We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to oversee a variety of high-end interior and exterior natural stone projects.
You will work with Tier 1 contractors, developers, and fit-out companies, managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation. Projects range from £1m to £4m, offering the chance to lead prestigious developments and work with top industry names.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation projects, with values up to £4 million
- Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client specifications
- Manage risk assessments, health & safety compliance, and site documentation
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Report regularly to senior management on project performance and financials
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end fit-out, tiling, or stone projects
- Experience in managing projects involving masonry, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, or stone refurbishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Office, Procore and Asite.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle complex projects under tight deadlines
- Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Salary up to £75,000
