What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end management of all company events, from planning to delivery
- Streamline processes to ensure efficient, on-budget event execution
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with business goals
- Oversee logistics, ensuring smooth operations from venue selection to event day
- 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale events
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage an events team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple events
- Top-notch negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
- A degree in Events Management (Project Management qualifications a plus)
