Our client is a well-established and reputable company based in Oxford. They work with organisations to help improve teamwork, and collaboration, develop inspirational leaders and solve complex people challenges. They are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their close-knit, friendly team permanently. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer service position and must speak fluent French. In return you will receive extensive training, and the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries (account registration, order placement, technical support, complaints).
  • Provide customer support via online chat, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build rapport with customers, identifying needs and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts, assist with orders, and bookings, and provide guidance on using the company’s platform.
  • Collaborate with sales to update customer details and support lead generation.
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams (IT, marketing) and maintain customer database accuracy.
  • Support global training partners with queries and ensure smooth operations.
  
Key Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
  • Ability to proactively identify and report issues.
  
Additional Information
  • Hybrid working, 2 days a week on site 3 days working from home.
  • Start times between, 8 am – 4 pm 9 am – 5 pm.
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays.
  • 2 paid days a year for volunteer work.
