We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus to join our Quality Team as an Administrator on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis.
Being the first point of contact for the TMC Quality Team. Providing administrative support under the direction of the Administration Team Leader including:
- Supporting the arrangements for CPD training/events.
- Booking rail, accommodation, and external venues.
- Receive, log and collate Training and Development applications via MS Forms.
- Diary holder and support to Quality Vice Principal.
- Laise and work with Principalship PA team.
- Managing correspondence from the quality email box.
- Scheduling meetings, taking notes, distributing documents, managing arrangements for face-to-face meetings, and setting up Teams Meetings for virtual meetings.
- Managing sensitive and extensive confidential information.
The right person for the role will be:
- Confident in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
- Good organisational skills.
- Experienced in interacting with people at different levels both in-person and online.
