Job Title: Community Support Worker*

Location: - Attleborough 

Salary: - £12.00 - £13.60 per hour - Double pay on Bank Holidays.

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a premier provider of Respite and Supported Living services in Attleborough. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals through compassionate care and support. With a modern, purpose-built supported living home, they offer a safe and enriching environment for up to four adults at any one time. 

**Role Overview: ** 

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals using the Respite services and those in the supported living home. This includes providing personal care, and supporting daily activities, all while fostering independence and well-being. 

**Key Responsibilities: ** 

**Personal Care: **  

- Assist with personalized care needs (female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).

**Daily Living Support: **   - Budgeting, menu planning, shopping, cooking, and domestic tasks.

**Health & Well-being: **   - Support during medical appointments and promote overall health and safety. 

**Social Integration: **   - Help maintain relationships with family and friends, and access leisure activities.
**Documentation & Safety:**   - Assist clients in understanding documentation and ensure their safety.

**Requirements:** 

**Experience:**   - Proven experience as a support worker.

- **Eligibility:**   - Our Client is unable to offer the role to anyone who has restrictions on working in the UK. -  Must hold a Full UK driving license.
