A growing housing developer that specialises in social housing projects is expanding their team due to new projects commencing. They are offering progression to Contracts Manager within 2 years.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to high standards
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Implement health and safety regulations on site
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of new build housing projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software
Working Conditions:

Work primarily on construction sites, may require travel to different locations. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
