Aspire People, an education recruitment agency, are looking for Behaviour Mentors to join our client, a specialist through school in Telford. This school caters specifically to students with SEMH and challenging behaviours, providing a supportive environment for both staff and students.
What You'll Do:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them manage challenging behaviours
* Foster a positive learning environment and promote emotional resilience
* Work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies
* Support students in both academic and social development
* Encourage positive behaviour and develop strategies to reduce behavioural issues
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviours
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
* A calm, patient, and resilient personality
* A passion for making a positive impact on young lives
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in behaviour management
