A Building Top 150 Consultant and a Surveying and Construction Consultancy in Bristol is now looking to take on a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Bristol. You'll lead projects across sectors including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education.
With surveying expertise spanning from director to junior level, you will be joining an established and amiable team.

With flexible working 2-3 days per week, flexible start and finish times, a diverse and interesting range of exciting projects to lead, and junior surveyors in need of leadership and guidance, this firm have a lot to offer.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in UK Construction Consultancies
- MRICS is highly desirable or working towards chartership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings
- Capable of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- Leadership and team management skills
- Full, clean driving license (desirable)
