Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business in the Huddersfield area to recruit a skilled Mechanical Engineer/Fitter to join their existing team.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,500
Overtime: Paid at Time & Half
Working Hours: Days

Job Role:
- Fitting, installing mechanical systems and products that meet customer requirements and specifications
- Working on a range of in house components
- Working with a variety of materials such as carbon fibre, stainless steel, acetal
- Working with hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Collaborating with managers, and other engineers on projects and problem-solving
- Following health and safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical fitting and engineering
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently
- Ability to diagnose errors or technical problems quickly to determine and initiate best practice solutions
- Great command of using tools and applications
