Warehouse Operative pay: 

£13.50 per hour 

Warehouse Operative role: 

• To undertake carry out a variety of warehouse activities including picking, loading and unloading of vehicles. The role will involve manual handling and some heavy lifting. 
• Completion of paperwork to be completed daily i.e. returns manifests, daily drivers paperwork, footprints 
• To ensure the operation meets the customer service requirements and site KPIs by completing each function to the highest standard.
• To carry out general housekeeping and maintenance duties, to ensure that the profile of the site is maintained to the highest standard
• To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices   
• Ensure that all aspects of your area are co-ordinated to create a professional, safe and hygienic working environment, ensuring smooth flow of work in the warehouse, determining quality and appearance of the finished product before sending to the customer.
• Report all faults or damage to equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Have knowledge of company and statutory Health & Safety, Security and Emergency Procedures.
• Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level with regards to service, cleaning standards and ensuring that there is minimal wastage.
