Job Title: Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Bournemouth

Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Duties:

• Making outbound calls to new and existing candidates
• Building the database and creating relationships
• Working alongside Lead Consultants to help place candidates
• Involved in scheduling interviews

• Self-motivated and resilient
• Able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to make fast and effective decisions
