What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow an existing customer base, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Turn marketing leads into sales opportunities through qualification and follow-up
• Seek out new leads and tap into fresh market opportunities
• Keep our CRM system up-to-date and organised
• Collaborate with the sales team to create seamless and positive experiences for customers

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in business development or a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and people skills
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Eager to learn about our products and their technical specifications
