My client is a well known Retail brand who are known for being the biggest Retailer in their category.
They are looking to recruit two administrators, working 30 hours per week, to support their People Team on a 3 months fixed term contract, starting ASAP.
Role responsibilities:
- Preparing contracts and letters, using mail merges.
- Data entry ensuring trackers are kept up to date
- Payroll – checking calculations
- Supports the People Operations team in administration tasks
- Managing uniform ordering process for stores by shipping all uniform requests in a timely manner
- Maintaining uniform stock and adhering to warehouse safety procedures
- Adapts to change and new priorities to ensure deadlines/targets are met
- Scanning, filing or disposing of People documentation as appropriate
- Daily use of Microsoft Office including maintenance of spreadsheets, calendar management, and regular use of Microsoft Teams.
It will be essential that you have mail merge and previous administration experience, to be successful in this position.
Flexible working hours are available with this opportunity as my client is happy to work around you. The salary is £23,000 pro-rata.
