Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (OTE £100,000)

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
  • 40% commission for every new business sale.

Company Overview:

Join a highly successful and rapidly expanding managed print services company as a Business Development Manager. Our client is a leading multi-brand provider of managed print services, document, and process technologies, partnering with industry leaders such as Ricoh, Sharp, Epson, and Develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the North West area as a Business Development Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective approaches to engage prospects and showcase the company's offerings.
  • Achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) targets with every new business sale earning a commission of 40%.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients, focusing on upselling opportunities.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly targets set by management.
  • Maintain clear and positive communication with the company on progress.
  • Potential for future account management of existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience within Managed Print Services or relevant transferable skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets as a Business Development Manager/Field Sales Representative.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships at a senior level.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen as a Business Development Manager.
  • Activity-driven, focused on developing new customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure as a Business Development Manager.
  • Full clean driving license.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a competitive nature, a good level of maturity, and the capability to manage and develop relationships with senior business managers.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
