We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a reputable special needs school based in North London. This special needs school are dedicated to improving the lives of young autistic individuals by creating a safe and happy learning environment where each student can learn on a 1:1 basis.

Your responsibilities as a SEN Teacher Assistant will include -

• Keeping up to date with the safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school.
• Value and use differences and diversities in learning support.
• Actively seek to extend knowledge and skills relevant to supporting autistic learners with a range of barriers to learning and associated complexities (education, health, therapy and care).
• Know that every learner is unique and how autism can impact their learning / access to it.
