New job for a Graduate Building Surveyor with an RICS accredited degree.

Join an established independent surveying and architectural practice and get mentored towards Chartership. You’ll be joining a friendly team with a great track record of supporting graduates, helping you to create a strong APC diary.

Work on a variety of education, commercial and healthcare projects and develop your experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor, on projects typically £500k - £1m in value.

The practice offers a full multidisciplinary service, you will be working alongside a team providing building surveying, project management, architectural, QS and CDM services – gaining excellent experience and working with a real variety of work.

A company that believes in training and developing staff from within the business. You will be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.

You must be a Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 12 months UK work experience.

To apply you will need:

  • A RICS accredited degree in building surveying and 1- or 2-years’ UK industry experience. 
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites and projects.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Locally based in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk or North Essex
