Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and Mental Health needs.
The Registered Manager in Doncaster will:
- Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism.
- Lead an established team and ensure they effectively motivated, resourced and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person centred care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.
The Registered Manager in Doncaster will need:
- Experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care.
- Have experience of overseeing and developing large staff teams.
- Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
