Chef De Partie

£14 per hour plus service charge

Full time: 25 hours a week

Job description:

• Conducting food preparation
• Catering for large parties as part of a team
• Conducting restaurant service
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in any section
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring dishes meet our standards
• Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
• Be sure that excellent level of food Hygiene are always in place.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring dishes meet our standards
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience in busy environments within the hotel industry
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-paced kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication skills
• Passion for cooking and creativity in presenting dishes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
