🔧 Your main responsibility will be to manage the Data Team, ensuring accurate and relevant reporting for the department. This will involve working closely with the Head of Asset Strategy, external consultants, and internal teams, collaborating to optimise the property portfolio.

🗺️ You will also lead the delivery of the Disposal Strategy, helping to consolidate our client's footprint and reduce operating areas. You will critically assess various options for stock rationalisation and implement agreed programmes to achieve these goals.

💼 As part of your role, you will prepare reports for senior management and the Board, highlighting the progress and outcomes of the disposal programme. Your ability to communicate complex information effectively will be crucial in providing key insights and recommendations.
