A leading dental group near Bristol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Practice Manager to oversee the operations of four practices. This pivotal role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and driving business performance. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for practice management to support the growth and success of our group.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple practices within the group.
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems and workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, including CQC standards.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, dental nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Financial Management:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and payroll.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Develop strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Patient Experience and Relations:
- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes.
- Address patient concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Introduce strategies to improve patient experience and engagement.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance protocols.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- CQC-registered or eligible to register.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in dental practice management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, billing, and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in dental management software.
- Willingness to travel between practices when required.
