Job Advert: Static Estate Caretaker (Bromley, BR1 4JW)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Estate Caretaker to join our team in Bromley, BR1 4JW. This is a static role starting on 28th October 2024, and candidates must have a basic DBS before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
- Polishing, weed clearing, and path sweeping
- Bin movement and cleaning bin areas
- Sweeping drying areas and bulk rubbish removal
Pay Rate:
- £13.15 per hour (PAYE) or £16.10 per hour (umbrella)
