Role: Claims Advisor
Salary: £22,500
Located: Sheffield
Hours:- Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
Our client is a seeking a Claims Handler to join their customer service team handling inbound and outbound enquiries.

The role:
- Handling inbound and outbound enquiries from customers
- Offering administrative support with customers extended vehicle warranty claims.
- Help customers locate and book into a suitable repairing garage.
- Help repairers with the claims process
The successful candidate:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work as part of a close team
- Experience in dealing with inbound calls could be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
