Job Title: Legal Secretary
Location: West End
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £38,000
About the company:
A prominent London-based law firm specialising in providing exceptional legal advice to clients primarily in the real estate and private wealth sectors. They are known for their expertise in corporate and commercial law and dispute resolution.
Role Overview:
This role is a new Legal Secretary on a permanent basis You'll be offering central secretarial support to a team of senior associates, associates, and trainees. This role demands key organsiational, communication, and prioritisation skills plus the ability to handle conflicting demands and deadlines. You will be the day-to-day contact, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and amending documents
- Dealing with telephone calls
- Opening and sorting mail
- Managing files
- Diary management
- General secretarial tasks.
