The Role: We are seeking experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join our Client. We have multiple vacancies available. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling pre-cut and prefabricated parts using hand and power tools.
- Working on bespoke builds with a variety of materials, including solid surface.
- Verifying all components against cutting lists to ensure availability.
- Completing job cards accurately and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant manager.
- Recording tasks using our SAP system (training provided).
- Producing work to the highest standard within deadlines.
- Maintaining tools and reporting any faulty machinery.
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of bench hand joinery experience.
- Experience with solid surface work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to grow and adapt to meet workload demands.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
Working Hours:
- 39-hour workweek: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Overtime opportunities available at a flat rate.
