Position: SEMH Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement strategies to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.
• Strong understanding of strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being.
