Here’s your chance to make a real difference in a friendly and supportive environment, working with a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards in laboratory animal welfare. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our clients Biomedical Services Unit, where you’ll be part of our exceptional Research Technology Platforms.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the welfare and husbandry of laboratory animals in accordance with the Animal Scientific Procedures Act (ASPA) 1986. You’ll have the opportunity to work with breeding colonies and ensure that our animal facilities are kept spotless and meet rigorous health and environmental standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong commitment to animal welfare and knowledge of the Animal Scientific Procedures Act
- Previous experience in an Scientific Animal environment
- Great teamwork skills but also the initiative to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a knack for record-keeping
