Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Ensure inventory records are meticulously maintained.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Training will be provided if necessary.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Report any discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Participate in safety training sessions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals. Assist in training new staff as required.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
• Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
