Job Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Supply Primary Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to student growth. This part-time role involves supporting various classes, assisting with lesson preparations, and contributing to student's educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom activities.
• Provide individualised support for students who need extra help.
• Supervise and ensure student safety during activities and breaks.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support student's emotional and social development.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar.
• Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and child development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational or childcare qualification preferred.
• Cache Level 1, 2, or 3 required.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
