Your Role in Making a Difference
 
Your day-to-day will be varied, engaging, and rewarding. As a 3rd Line Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients experience seamless, secure, and efficient IT operations. You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the backup, security, and management of critical infrastructure.
• Translating complex technical challenges into understandable solutions for clients at all levels.
• Delivering expert technical support and fostering trusted client relationships.
• Spotting opportunities for service improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
• Juggling priorities effectively to align with both client and business objectives.

Are You the Right Fit?
 
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

• A Full UK Driving License (essential).
• 5+ years of IT support experience, specifically with 3rd-line responsibilities—preferably within an MSP.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Virtual Servers, VMware/Hyper-V, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and VLANs.
• A natural communicator who can make technical concepts accessible to all clients.
• An independent, problem-solving mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude that thrives in a collaborative setting.

In addition to technical skills, we’re seeking someone who’s passionate about building relationships and maintaining client trust. Certifications such as MCSE/MCITP and knowledge of VOIP systems would be advantageous.
