TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a thriving and aspirational SEND/SEMH Residential company based in Derbyshire. They are looking to take on a full-time SEND Teacher for a long term period who is kind, caring and experienced in working with children with Special Educational Needs and Social and Emotional Mental Health needs. This will lead to a permanent position for the right person. This role will involve travelling to seperate homes sometimes multiple in a day to Teach a range of subjects at GCSE/KS4 level. 

The successful SEN Learning Co-ordinator will have:

• QTS Qualification in Education
• Previous experience working as a SEN Teacher
• Experience working on a 1 to 1 basis with Special Educational Needs
• Enthusiastic about making a positive difference
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Patience and compassion
• Driving License (essential)
