Package: £52,700 + Travel Costs into London
Location: Frimley, GU16 7ER with weekly travel into London & South East
Our client is recruiting for a Facilities Manager to manage a multi-site Hard FM Defence contract across London boundaries.
The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our client's M&E, plumbing, L8, boilers and heating facilities to ensure an effective operational delivery.
You would be responsible for managing an internal engineering team, their performance, site compliance (HSE & SFG20), raising quoted works to the value of £100k while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship.
The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have good technical knowledge from leading a hard FM contract.

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
- Experience of managing an engineering team
- Technically qualified – essential
- Experience of managing small projects up to £100k
- Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
- Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
