Do you have a passion for optimising performance and building relationships with suppliers? Our client, leading Facilities Management provider are seeking an experienced professional to manage a dynamic portfolio of specialist subcontractors and suppliers in the Facilities Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Performance Management: Ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, compliance, and performance standards. Regularly review and analyse KPIs, addressing issues and driving improvement initiatives.

Contract and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for supplier engagement, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with all partners. Conduct regular reviews and negotiate contracts that align with business goals.

Risk and Compliance Oversight: Assess and manage risk within the supply chain, ensuring suppliers comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and compliance, to support seamless service delivery and address any escalated supplier-related challenges.

Skills and Experience:

The role would suit someone currently in a similar role, or an operational FM who as part of their role, manages a portfolio of facilities management subcontractors/suppliers. You'll need strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and implement effective action plans. In addition you'll enjoy developing relationships with suppliers and should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
