Position: Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Chester
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services.
- Inspect and maintain fire alarms, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a facilities management setting.
- Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Full UK driving license.
