Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of facilities systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to ensure smooth operation of the site.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain the site to the highest standards.
- Electrically qualified with extensive experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proven track record in a similar role within the facilities management sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
