Our long term client, a leader in comprehensive retail solutions, is expanding its Customer Support team and looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to assist a Senior Account Manager in managing one of their high-profile client accounts. Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager, ensuring clients receive top-tier service. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Relations: Respond promptly to client inquiries, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate restocking efforts to meet client needs.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to source items competitively and within lead times.
• Reporting: Generate and deliver regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.

About You

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or purchasing, ideally in retail or manufacturing settings.
• Multitasking Skills: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Relationship Building: A natural at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in analytics and IT, with an ability to navigate relevant software and tools.
