Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be the main point of contact between our team, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment.
  • Monitor progress and report on project status to management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil engineering or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, NEBOSH) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
