The school, based in the London Borough of Brent is an independent special needs day school specifically for pupils with social emotional and mental health difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and other complex needs.

The position – Humanities Teacher

The role will be required plan, deliver and prepare appropriate lessons for each teaching group to ensure that the potential for students is fulfilled.  The Humanities Teacher will be charged with teaching highly functioning autistic students between the ages of 11-18 years, some with behavioral issues.  The planned lessons will be administered to small classes as well as sustaining positive behavioral management and social developments.  The Humanities Teacher will work closely in partnership with parents and carers in supporting the education of the students in their care.
