We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a School Caretaker at a very busy secondary school in Central Birmingham. The role offers various shift patterns with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises
- Conducting routine checks of the school facilities
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld
- Supporting with the security of the school premises

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns

Start Date: January 2025.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
