Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias)
If you're a talented Maintenance Engineer with expertise in either electrical or mechanical maintenance, this is a special role.
On offer is the chance to work in a dynamic, luxury residential environment in the London skyline, taking on varied responsibilities in both planned and reactive maintenance.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 AM – 16:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM
What you'll be doing
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and address reactive issues on electrical, mechanical, and fabric assets within a commercial environment.
- Maintain a variety of plant and equipment, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
- Provide excellent service to clients and tenants, addressing their needs professionally.
- Accurately log all maintenance tasks and updates on both electronic and paper-based systems.
Essential requirements
- Electrical: Level 3 Electrical City & Guilds/NVQ
OR
Mechanical: Level 2 Mechanical City & Guilds/NVQ - Min 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience, ideally in commercial settings.
- If electrical - 18th Edition
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.
